Stage 2: Discovery and diagnosis
Next, you will participate in a discovery interview, complete a questionnaire and undertake a Discovery assessment. This stage helps both you and the franchise team better understand your goals, working style and suitability for the opportunity.
Stage 3: Planning for success – design and meet
Once the discovery stage is complete, you will receive support to develop your business plan, explore your funding application and meet the team who will guide you through the process.
Stage 4: Making it official – commitment
You will submit the required payment and commitment documents. Once these have been received, you will be provided with the disclosure document for review.
Stage 5: Final evaluations
All outstanding checks and supporting documents are completed and submitted for final review.
Stage 6: Final interview with the brand GM
You will meet with the ACDC Express brand general manager and share feedback with the franchise developer. This gives both parties an opportunity to confirm alignment before progressing.
Stage 7: Finding your location – area identification and site evaluation
The team will help you identify, secure and evaluate a suitable site. The lease, location assessments and necessary approvals are then finalised.
Stage 8: Welcome to the brand – signing and celebration
The final agreements are signed, the remaining fee is paid and your ACDC Express franchise launch can be celebrated.
